Our relationship with Kettering Workers’ Care has decreased lost time tremendously.  The DimcoGray employees know our policy requires an injured employee to seek medical care from a Kettering Workers’ Care physician at the time of the injury.   We’re fortunate that we do not have a high injury rate; however, whenever we have sent an injured employee to your office for medical care, the employee typically is returned to work that day.  If there are restrictions, we can accommodate them through our Transitional Work Program.

Your physicians have on record that we have a Transitional Work Program and have returned employees back to work with restrictions if they cannot perform the full scope of their job.  Kettering Workers’ Care focuses on getting employees back to work as soon as possible.
