Meet the Staff
Ronald S. Klein, Executive Medical Director
This group of Occupational Medicine Clinics was originally founded by Dr. Klein, Kettering Medical Center and the Grandview Hospital.
Dr. Klein is the Executive Director of a five-physician office-based and corporate on-site occupational company healthcare service. He performs and supervises all clinical services: injury/illness treatment, MRO services, DOT/other specialized exams, disability management, executive health, negotiating with unions and other organizations regarding drug and alcohol medical policies, independent medical second opinions and drug reviews for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

Dr. Sneeder grew up in a military family and has recently retired after 29 years in the United States Air Force. He is board certified in Occupational, Aerospace, and Family Medicine; a certified Medical Review Officer, Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Associate Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association, Embry-Riddle University Adjunct Assistant Professor, and an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner. Dr. Sneeder continues to serve his country and state as a flight surgeon with the Air National Guard assigned as commander of the 178th Medical Group,
